Forgotten Gods Meadery Party Room Rental Policy

Rental Rates

• Party Room Rental: $100 per hour
• 2-hour minimum rental
• Rental time begins at the scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled end time.

Setup & Cleanup

• Guests may access the room 30 minutes before their rental time for setup at no additional charge.
• Guests have 30 minutes after their rental time for cleanup at no additional charge.
• Additional setup or cleanup time beyond the complimentary 30-minute periods will be billed at the regular rental rate.

Deposit & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date and time.
• Remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
• Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Beverage Credit

• Up to 50% of the total room rental fee may be applied as a credit toward:
  • Mead flights
  • Mead by the glass
  • Other eligible Forgotten Gods beverages
• Example:
  • 4-hour rental = $400
  • Up to $200 may be credited toward qualifying beverage purchases during the event.
• Beverage credit has no cash value and cannot be used toward gratuity or merchandise.
• Beverage credit is placed on a single payer party tab or via beverage tickets.

Capacity

• Maximum occupancy: 30 guests.

Food & Catering

• Outside food is permitted.
• Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
• Outside non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.
• Guests are responsible for providing serving utensils, plates, cups, and cleanup of any food brought into the space.

Decorations

• Decorations are welcome.
• No confetti, glitter, open flames, nails, screws, or damage to walls or furniture.
• All decorations must be removed during the cleanup period.

Conduct

• Guests are responsible for the behavior of all attendees.
• Forgotten Gods Meadery reserves the right to end any event that is disruptive, unsafe, or violates applicable laws or house policies.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event receive a 50% refund of the deposit or full credit for a rescheduled date.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event forfeit the deposit.

Damage Policy

• The renter is responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
• A credit card will be required to be kept on file for incidentals.

• Fridays from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
• Saturdays from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
