Melissa is a luxuriant, sack mead named for the Greek nymph who first brought honey to humankind. Built from raw, pure wildflower honey and crafted with nearly twice the honey of our standard batches, Melissa is unapologetically honey‑forward: rich, viscous, and intensely aromatic.
